Terms of Service

1. Service

Ryze Media Automation provides tools intended to help authorized users organize, prepare, and publish creator-owned content through connected third-party platforms and related workflows.

2. Account Authorization

You may connect supported third-party accounts only when you are authorized to use those accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for revoking access when appropriate.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit or direct the service to process. You grant Ryze Media Automation a limited permission to process, transmit, and format that content solely as necessary to provide the features you request.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, distribute malicious material, circumvent platform protections, or violate applicable third-party platform rules.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Ryze Media Automation may interact with services operated by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, APIs, and technical limitations. Ryze Media Automation is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. No Guarantee of Publication or Availability

We do not guarantee that a post, upload, API request, account connection, or other action will be accepted or remain available on any third-party platform. Platform review, moderation, rate limits, permissions, outages, and account status may affect functionality.

7. Suspension or Termination

Access may be limited or discontinued if necessary to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate misuse, or maintain system integrity.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not make guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party service, or particular business or audience results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ryze Media Automation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
